MARCH

Friday 27^th – House Sports Day at MPPS. Students can dress in their house colour.

APRIL

Thursday 2^nd – Last day term one. Final assembly and Easter Bonnet Parade commence at 9am. Students can make an Easter Bonnet at home to wear for the parade. Prizes awarded for the best bonnet in each class. Easter raffle drawn. Students dismissed at 2pm.

Monday 20th  – Term two starts.

Friday 24^th – Fun Run. Students run from Chinaman’s Gardens in Mooroopna to Kidstown. Students must wear school uniform and bring their hat, snacks and water bottle.

Saturday 25^th – ANZAC Day. Our School Captains will participate in the March and lay a wreath at the Mooroopna Cenotaph. We encourage all students to wear their school uniform and join the March.

MAY

Friday 8^th – Mother’s Day Stall & Breakfast. Our stall will be held during the morning. Students can buy a gift for their mum or another special person in their life. Families are invited to join their students for breakfast between 8am and 8.45am.

JUNE

Monday 8^th – Public Holiday – School closed.

Friday 26^th – Last day term two. Students dismissed at 2pm.

JULY

Monday 13^th – Term three starts.

AUGUST

Friday 28^th – Book Week Dress Up Day – Students can come to school dressed as their favourite book character.

SEPTEMBER

Friday 4^th – Father’s Day Breakfast and stall. Our stall will be held during the morning and all students will have the chance to purchase a gift for their dad or special person in their life. Our breakfast will be held from 8am to 8.45am. Families welcome to come along and have breakfast with their students.

Monday 14^th – School photo day. Students must wear their school uniform. Black school polo shirt please.

Wednesday 16^th & Thursday 17^th – Glasses For Kids program.

Friday 18^th – Last Day term three. Students dismissed at 2pm.

OCTOBER

Monday 5^th – Term four starts.

Friday 23^rd – Grandparent’s Day

Friday 30^th – Halloween Dress Up Day. Parade at 9am. Prizes awarded for the best costume in each class.

NOVEMBER

Monday 2^nd – Report Writing day – no school for students.

Tuesday 3^rd – Melbourne Cup public holiday – school closed.

Friday 6^th – 2027 Prep student transition from 9am to 11am.

Friday 20^th - 2027 Prep student transition from 9am to 11.20am.

DECEMBER

Tuesday 8^th – Statewide Victorian Government Schools Orientation Day – Grade 6 students attend their secondary school. 2027 prep students @ MPPS from 9am to 12.20pm.

Saturday 12^th – Mooroopna Carols In The Park – Students will be performing on stage. All students are welcome to participate. Students must wear their school uniform.

Friday 18^th – Last Day term four. Students dismissed at 12pm.
