To start primary school your child must turn five years of age, or older, by 30 April of the year that they will start school.  

We require the following documentation with your enrolment form please:

• Proof of birth – certificate must be sighted
• Immunisation certificate

posted to Po Box 609 Mooroopna 3629 or scanned and emailed to mooroopna.park.ps@education.vic.gov.au
